The PSNI say investigations into the tragedy are ongoing.
The tragic incident happened when around 400 teenagers went to the Greenvale Hotel on Sunday night to celebrate St. Patrick's Day.
The queue to get into the disco quickly became lethal, and police believe the crush happened as a large group of teenagers surged towards the front door of the hotel.
Thinking of the parents of Connor, Lauren and Morgan tonight. They will lay their children to rest tomorrow. Something no parents should ever have to do. So sad and tragic for them. #Cookstown pic.twitter.com/1a3EDWmLAf
