All four candidates have now been elected in the Midlands Northwest constituency.
Fine Gael's Mariead McGuinness and Maria Walsh, Independent Luke Ming Flanagan and Sinn Féin's Matt Carthy will fill the four seats.
Flanagan was elected on 121,824 votes.
While Walsh and Carthy were both deemed elected without reaching the quota.
Peter Casey was eliminated in the final count on 78,632 votes.

But the former presidential candidate said he's not done with politics - and plans to run for a Dáil seat in Co Donegal in the next general election.
Mwanwhile Fianna Fáil's Billy Kelleher was elected as an MEP in Ireland South - getting over 130,000 votes following the 17th count.
He's the second candidate there to reach the quota, after Fine Gael's Sean Kelly yesterday.

Independent Mick Wallace is expected to take the third seat.
Fine Gael's Deirdre Clune, Sinn Féin's Liadh Ni Riada and the Green Party's Grace O'Sullivan appear to be in a battle for the remaining two seats.
