Four men have died in overnight crashes across the country
The accidents took place in Antrim, Dublin, and Louth.
Two men died following a single-vehicle crash on the R173 at Carlingford in Co Louth -- that road has been sealed off for a technical examination.
A motorcyclist in his forties crashed along Whitestown Way in Tallaght, south Dublin at 7am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A pedestrian died after he was struck by a vehicle in Toome, Co.Antrim.
Meanwhile a man is in hospital with serious injuries after he was hit by a car in Co. Longford.
