The leaders of Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil and The Green Party say they're still working to get a draft programme for government by the end of the month.
Leo Varadkar, Micheál Martin and Eamon Ryan met for two hours this morning.
The three leaders say they "reaffirmed their commitment to successfully concluding the talks and to negotiating in good faith."
They also said the talks will remain confidential - and that a "running commentary" will not be provided from any of the parties on matters being discussed.
A joint statement added: "All parties are working to conclude a draft programme for government by the end of the month and for its consideration by each party in accordance with their respective arrangements thereafter."
Today marks 100 days since the general election with no new government in place.
