Bouncy Castle providers are engaging with an Irish based insurance broker in an effort to find new cover for the sector.
It's after UK based company 'LeisureInsure' withdrew from the Irish market leaving hundreds of companies, in limbo.
The company says it will honour existing premiums but will not accept any new Irish business.
Gerry Frawley from the 'Irish Inflatable Hires Federation' says they are in talks with an Irish broker: 'We're in discussions with an Irish broker, but again we're going back to a UK underwriter and we're formulating all the information that will assess our risk in our particular part of the industry'.
The move by LeisureInsure also effects the like of adventure and leisure centres, yoga classes and some play centres.
Gerry Frawley says it's more serious for some people because some companies' policies are up as early as next week.
