Changes are being made to one of the most recognised prayers in the Catholic Church.
A sentence in the "Our Father" is being slightly altered, as the Pope feels the English version is not a good translation.
Report suggest that instead of saying, "Lead us not into temptation," mass-goers will say, "Do not let us fall into temptation".
There'll be plenty of Catholics muttering their way through the Our Father come Christmas Day mass:
The Pope explained why he takes issue with the phrasing back in 2017.
The Pontiff said that “I am the one who falls. It’s not him pushing me into temptation to then see how I have fallen."
The Irish Catholic Bishops' Conference says it will give close attention to the reported change to the Prayer.
The bishops will look at the implications for both the Irish and English translations.
