A South Dublin GAA coach is in custody having appeared in court charged over a major drugs seizure.
David Gill, a married father-of-three, from Top of the Hill, Leopardstown Road, was one of two men brought before Dublin District Court after €600,000 worth of cannabis was seized during a series of raids yesterday at Ballyfermot, the Clonsilla Road and at a lock-up in Stillorgan.
Another man, Rafal Chylinski, a Polish native with an address at Castlecurragh road, Mulhuddart was granted bail.
Two other men were also arrested but they were released without charge.
