Fartown in Co.Galway has been named Today FM's 'soundest' town in Ireland.
Fartown came top out of 8 finalists to bag the €10,000 euro prize from Cadbury.
People in Fartown were praised for their community spirit after locals helped rebuild a couple's home after it was destroyed by fire.
Melanie and Jeremy Zanni say they are overwhelmed by the generosity of tradesmen who worked around the clock to construct the house in a matter of weeks.

The Zanni family settled here over ten years ago when they fell in love with a 300-year-old thatched cottage and set up a bakery. But their home went up in flames following a freak chimney fire.
The local community wasted no time in constructing a new home. Tradesmen worked day and night to lay the foundation, put on the roof, insert windows and plaster the cottage.
