EY Ireland is to bring its staff levels to over 4,200 over the next year.
The firm has announced an additional 816 jobs, which will be spread across its seven offices across the country.
Around half of those jobs will be graduate positions.
Managing partner with the company Frank O'Keeffe says "one in four jobs" will be located outside the capital.
"We've also added new elements to our business such as law, sustainability, cyber security data analytics technology consulting."
EY Ireland said increasing demand for its services and fundamental changes brought about by the pandemic, were key to its decision to expand.
