The EU's has announced details of a complete ban on Russian oil imports.
European Commission President Ursula Von Der Leyen told the European Parliament in Strasbourg the proposed ban will be rolled for all oil - "seaborne or pipeline, crude or refined".

She told MEPs crude oil would be phased out within six months and refined products by the end of the year.
President Von der Leyen says the move will be done in an an "orderly fashion."
She says alternative supply routes will be identified and that the EU will take every step to minimise the impact on the global market.
