Enoch Burke has once again turned up at Wilson's Hospital School in Co. Westmeath, despite the prospect of facing a large fine.
Enoch Burke drove into Wilson's Hospital School in Multyfarnham, at around 8.44 am this morning, in a jeep driven by his father.
The vehicle slowed down upon entry, and Mr Burke was asked whether he'd be going to court today - however failed to respond.
If the former teacher stays outside the premises past 2pm today, he'll have to pay €700.
Yesterday, the court decided to impose a daily fine on Mr.Burke, if he fails to purge his contempt to stay away from the Westmeath school.
He will also be issued a fine for every day that passes until he decides to comply with the court order.
He was jailed on September 5th for contempt and freed after 108 days on December 21st without purging it.
Mr. Burke was dismissed from his teaching role at the school last week following a disciplinary into serious misconduct.
