Meanwhile Musk has been called a "bullying billionaire" after being cleared in the case.
It took just an hour for a jury to rule Mr Musk wasn't liable - which he said "restored his faith in humanity".
But Mr Unsworth's lawyer, L. Lin Wood, says his client took the right action.
"It is not very often that David beats Goliath," he said, "But he had the courage to fight a battle knowing that the odds were stacked against him."
