A pedestrian has been killed after being hit by a truck in Co Cork.
The man, who was in his 80s, was hit while out walking on Main Street in Charleville.
It happened at around 11 o'clock this morning.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The road is currently closed and being examined by forensic investigators.
Gardai are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
