An earthquake has hit parts of Kent in England, shaking homes and waking residents.
Experts at the British Geological Survey have confirmed the tremor, measuring 4-point-2, which struck between Canterbury and Ramsgate in the early hours.
Kent Police says it was inundated with calls, but that no injuries have been reported.
