€400,000 worth of cannabis herb has been seized following the discovery of a grow house in Co. Mayo.
Gardai and the local drugs unit searched a property at Ballinastanford, Claremorris earlier.
500 cannabis plants were found along with production equipment.
No arrests have been made at this stage and Gardai say investigations are ongoing.
