The Junior Finance Minister says Dublin house prices are in "bubble territory".
But the Government says work is underway to address a possible shortage of homes in the capital by the end of next year.
Meanwhile, a new report from Goodbody's Stockbrokers says the property market is entering a new, upward cycle - and construction in the greater Dublin area needs to begin now.
