House prices in Dublin continue to rise.
New data from the Central Statistics Office shows Dublin property prices grew by 4% in September and are now 12% higher than a year ago.
However the price of houses outside the captial fell by 0.1% in September.
Overall property prices rose across the country by 3.6% in the year to September.
