Dublin house prices 'in bubble territory'

The Junior Finance Minister's admitted that the increase in house prices in Dublin over the past year is 'in bubble territory'.

But the government says work's underway to address a possible shortage of homes in the capital by the end of next year.

The Environment Minister Phil Hogan says measures to address planning and the spatial strategy will be rolled out in the coming months.
