The Berlin D2 bar in Dublin city has been refused a licence to operate.
A Dublin District Court judge has refused its licence after a boozy brunch was held at the venue last year.
The Dame Lane bar came to public attention on August 15th when videos of the event went viral on social media.
In the footage, a masked staff member was seen dancing on the bar as he poured shots into dancing customers mouths.
This happened in breach of covid regulations.
The event was described afterwards as 30 seconds of madness.
Today judge Marie Quirke said there was no alternative but to refuse to grant the renewal of its operating licences.
She described the conduct as neglectful, irresponsible and disorderly.
