The unbroken spell of sunshine is here to stay for the week ahead.
After Monday was declared the hottest day of the year so far, the country is set to bask in warm weather for another few days.
Uisce Eireann is warning homes and businesses to conserve water supplies where possible, with night-time restrictions in place in a small number of areas already amid fears of a widespread drought.
Linda Hughes from Met Eireann, says there isn't any significant rainfall on the horizon.
"For the next few days, there isn't going to be any change.
"Many stations across the country experiencing absolute drought at the moment, which is 15 days with less than 0.2 millimeters of rain.
"So many people are kind of wanting some rain at this stage.
"The nearest we're going to start to see some rain moving in is on Friday".
