A drink has been thrown at the Tánaiste Leo Varadkar in Dublin.
It happened in Merrion Square at around 3pm today.
In a video shared on social media, a woman is seen approaching Mr Varadkar as he is preparing to do a piece to camera in a park.
After throwing the drink, she is seen running from the area.
Gardaí say they are now investigating the incident.
Young Fine Gael has labelled the incident 'disgusting'.
The former Fine Gael TD Noel Rock, meanwhile, said: "This is a poxy thing to do, regardless of your political view."
