You're being asked to donate to the front line today, by dressing up to the nines.
Instead of casual Friday, Today FM is asking the public to take part in Formal Friday.
You can work from home in your old Debs outfit, cocktail dress or wedding suit - and raise money for charities and foundations fighting Covid 19.
Donations can be made on todayfm.com/donate
The hospital foundations being supported include:
-
- Mater Foundation: Supporting Frontline Staff in The Fight Against Covid-19
- Beaumont Heroes Appeal
- Together With Our Heroes: Temple Street and CMRF Crumlin
- Mercy Hospital Foundation, Cork
- University Hospital Limerick
- St James's Hospital Foundation
- Cork University Hospital Charity
- Feed The Heroes
It’s #FormalFriday! And it’s not often I get to match my lipstick to my dickie bow 🧐 lookit, I’m 4 months pregnant and I have no maternity formal wear. So... tah-dah!

Our attempt at @TodayFM #formalfriday and working from home.. can't replicate a Radiation Therapist at home so checking Brian's temperature is the best I could think of! @IanDempsey pic.twitter.com/fJ2u66B4yW
