Donald Trump's ban from Facebook is to remain in place.
Today Facebook's Oversight Board upheld the former US President's suspension.
However, the social media company has been told to rethink its permanent suspension.
The former US President was blocked from Facebook over a series of posts seen to be inciting violence.
That happened in January.
An independent oversight board has given Facebook six months to decide how long Trump's suspension should last.
The company has until November to determine the length of the penalty.
Facebook says it believes the decision it made back in January was necessary and right.
