Donald Trump's legal team has asked a federal judge to stop the FBI from continuing to review documents recovered from a raid on his Florida home earlier this month.
Lawyers for the former US President have described the search as a "shockingly aggressive move".
They're calling for a special court official to be appointed to look through the records that were taken.
The New York Times is reporting that more than 300 classified documents have been recovered from Mr. Trump, including documents relating to the FBI, CIA and the National Security Agency.
The FBI raided Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate on the 8th of August.
