There's growing speculation that Dole payments for ALL new claimants under 25 could be slashed in tomorrow's Budget.
The speculation comes after confirmation that free GP care will be introduced for the under-5s.
Meanwhile ministers are meeting in Luxembourg this evening to discuss whether Ireland should get a precautionary second bailout.
