Two trade unions representing GPs have criticised the government's decision to give free GP care to under-5s.
Both the Irish Medical Organisation and the Irish College of General Practitioners say they haven't been consulted about the plans, which are due to be announced in tomorrow's Budget.
Meanwhile there's also been criticism for the plan to cut Dole payments to 25-year-olds - with one group saying the change will encourage more people to emigrate.
