The head of the HSE says the planned strike by junior doctors tomorrow is now "inevitable".
15 thousand patients will be affected when non-consultant hospital doctors engage in industrial action in a row over working hours.
The Irish Medical Organisation has described junior doctor's hours as "dangerous" and wants financial sanctions for any hospital found to be in breach of the EU Working Time Directive.
