A bus driver's been praised for abandoning his vehicle after he was hijacked and told to take a bomb to a police station in Derry.
A number of passengers were on board when two men put a device on the bus last night.
The bus operator, says the driver managed to get the passengers off the bus before she brought it to "a place of safety".
The driver took the vehicle to the Northlands area of Derry where around 30 families were evacuated while army bomb disposal teams made the device safe.
Dissident republicans have been blamed.
