Dell is creating 300 new jobs with the opening of a new financial services division.
The technology giant is setting up a new bank in Dublin to offer credit facilities to its corporate customers.
200 jobs are being created immediately, with half already filled, while a further 100 jobs will come on line in the next three years.
The company already employs 2,500 people in Ireland at its facilities in Cherrywood, Limerick and Cork.
