30,000 Palestinians are now reported to have died in the war with Israel since violence re-erupted in October.
Gaza's Health Ministry says the total includes at least 79 deaths reported overnight, and two children who died in hospital from "dehydration and malnutrition."
Action Aid says people in the north of the Palestinian territory will start to drop dead in the street unless aid reaches them.
CEO Karol Balfe, says many are foraging or killing their animals to survive:
"People are so desperate, so they've resorted to eating grass and foraging for wild weeds.
"They had been using animal feed, but they're now even running out of that to use in flour.
We're hearing people are so desperate that they're actually killing their animals, horses, so that they can feed their family.
"And the market doesn't really exist. I mean, you cannot get fruit, vegetables, milk, dairy in the market.
"It has largely been tinned food that is available, and obviously that has nowhere near the nutritional level that people need, but even that now is not available, or it's available at such extraordinarily expensive prices.
"Now, we've heard of one bag of flour costing six hundred and fifty five pounds, so obviously people completely desperate can't afford that."
