For the 9th year in a row, the Credit Union has been voted the best Irish brand to deal with by customers.
The latest Irish Customer Experience Report found that we our overall happiness with Irish companies rose by 4.9%, the largest increase since the survey began.
Author of the report, and CEO of The CX Company, Cathy Summers says the Credit Union does a great job at innovating while putting the consumer first.
"Customers want to do things online, but they've done it differently to others.
"Whereas, you know, they haven't just done it to save money or to make things easier for their business, but they've done it to, you know, put it in place, digital solutions that work best for their customers and meet their needs".
85% of businesses improved their scores on last year with the Passport Service, Aer Lingus and Power City all boosting their popularity among users.
Meanwhile, RTÉ was voted as one of the least trustworthy companies.
The broadcaster's payments scandal dominated headlines during the summer at the same time this consumer survey was carried out.
But Ms Summers, says that wasn't the only thing that turned off customers.
"The a 17% drop for the national broadcaster in terms of customer experience and a 25% drop in its trustworthiness.
"The RTE payments scandal dominated headlines during the summer when this consumer attitudes survey was carried out".
