Health officials have announced a further 426 coronavirus cases and 10 more virus-related deaths.
Officials said four of the deaths happened this month, with five in March and one in February.
It takes the death toll in Ireland to 4,884 and the national case total to 247,489.
This morning, there were 153 COVID-19 patients – a 14.5% decrease on this day last week.
Meanwhile, there were 47 in intensive care, one fewer than last week and one more than last night.
The five-day moving average in Ireland is now 437 – down from 475 yesterday.
The 14-day average in Ireland now stands at 122.5 cases per 100,000 people.
Donegal still has the highest rate in Ireland at 288.3, while Kildare is in second with 218.
There are now ten counties with 14-day rates between 100 and 200.
As of Sunday, 1,398,061 vaccine doses had been administered in Ireland.
Some 998,134 had received one dose, while 399,927 had received two.
