A court case starts later in LA to discuss graphic photos taken by emergency services of a helicopter crash where basketball star Kobe Bryant died in 2020.
Vanessa Bryant wants compensation for images of her late husband, their teenage daughter and the seven others killed.
It's believed the basketball player's widow suffered emotional distress when county sheriff's and fire personnel snapped and allegedly shared photos of the crash scene.
Authorities in Los Angeles argue the photos have never been in the public domain.
