Construction workers in Dublin city are taking matters into their own hands, when it comes to parking clamps.
A new report from the City Council shows many are using their own equipment to remove parking clamps.
Castleforbes Road, near the 3arena, had the highest number of code blacks - where clamps are illegally removed - between January and November last year, at 43.
Mount Street Upper and Sheriff Street Upper were also highlighted as problem areas.

The city council introduced the use of Fixed Penalty Notices last June for a number of offences - which was widened last October to combat areas of concern, particularly around construction sites.
1,100 of them have been handed out since the middle of last year, with parking on footpaths accounting for 45 per cent of the fines.
The Hole In The Wall road had the largest number.
The report has recommended more mobile patrols by bike or foot to allow a more targeted enforcement presence.
