SF's Mary Lou Mc Donald has accused former CRC boss Brian Conlon of stonewalling the Public Accounts Committee.
Deputy Mc Donald says Mr Conlon has tried to frustrate the committee's efforts to get to the bottom of the scandal of Top up's at the clinic.
Yesterday it emerged 742,000 euro was was taken from a CRC charity fund to pay for the pension of a former chief executive.
Members of the Public accounts Committee were yesterday gobsmacked after it was revealed that almost three quarters of a million euro was taken from charity funds to bolster the pension of the outgoing Chief executive Paul Kiely.
The Board then agreed that the terms of the settlement would remain confidential and a legally binding agreement was put in place.
The HSE says it may now look for the help of the Gardai in investigating the matter. It will also attempt to recover some of the money.
If a complaint is made to the Gardai - Commissioner Martin Callinan will appoint a senior officer to examine the file and then report back on whether it warrants a criminal investigation
Mr Kiely is also to be called back before the committee.
Writing in today's Irish Independent Mary Lou MC Donald - a member of the PAC described it a tale of two CEO's - one who misled a Dail Committee and one who attempted to stonewall and frustrate efforts to get to the bottom of the scandal.
