Children's Health Ireland (CHI) will face questions from politicians over spinal surgeries at Temple Street.
CHI Chief Executive Eilísh Hardiman, is expected to apologise for the level of care given to children and young people at the hospital, and the harm they've endured as a result.
Ms Hardiman will also tell Oireachtas Committee today that CHI is 'distraught' that one of the young people included in the treatment reviews has died.
Several children suffered 'catastrophic complications' after spinal surgery in Temple Street Children's Hospital, with patients having to return to the operating theatre 11 times on average.
