Young people are more likely to emigrate if the Jobseekers' Allowance is cut in tomorrow's Budget.
That's according to the Irish National Organisation for the Unemployed, which says the possible changes should be abandoned.
It's reported that tomorrow's Budget will see the weekly dole payment Dole cut for 25-year-olds from €188 to €144 a week.
