British Government Breached Human Rights Law With Troubles Legacy Act
The British Government has breached human rights laws over it's Troubles legacy act according to a court in Belfast.
The Act gives effective immunity for crimes committed during the Troubles and includes murder.
A judge says it breaches the European Convention on Human Rights - something also argued by the Irish Government.
A legal challenge was brought by groups representing families of victims affected by decades of violence in the North.
