A judge in the US has ruled Virginia Giuffre's civil lawsuit - claiming sexual abuse against Britain's Prince Andrew when she was a teenager – will proceed.
His lawyers didn’t persuade a court that allegations - which he's always strongly denied - should be thrown out.

It means the case could now be heard in New York.
But first, former federal prosecutor Sarah Krissoff, says both sides will gather more details:
"It will go into a process now where the parties basically exchange information, and there's going to be deposition.
"We would expect Ms Giuffre to be deposed, we'd expect Prince Andrew to be deposed. That's what we would expect next."
