Irish rugby legend Brian O'Driscoll has been left red-faced after he brought the wrong dog home from the groomers.
He shared the story with his 355,000 Instagram followers, telling them he went to pick up his much-loved pooch and drove all the way back to his Rathmines home in Dublin before realising his mistake.
The former Ireland captain said he just thought all of her black hairs had been sheared off her face, and the dog was a bit quiet with him because she hates getting her hair cut.
Brian's wife Amy Huberman, shared a post thanking their 'ledge groomers for being so understanding', and hoped the other lovely dog enjoyed her '48 seconds in our gaff before going home'.
The writer and actress added that she's not sure if she'll ask Brian to give her a lift home from the hairdressers next time 'in case he heads off with someone else’s wife'.
