A jury at the inquest of the 1974 Birmingham Pub Bombings has concluded a botched call made by the IRA caused or contributed to the deaths of 21 people.
More than 200 people were injured when two bombs exploded in two city centre pubs.
Nobody's ever been brought to justice over the killings - but six men were wrongly convicted and jailed.
