Bomb Threat At Government Department Declared A Hoax

Gardai have declared bomb threats at a Government department in Dublin as a hoax.

Staff were emailed just after 1pm to ask them to leave the Department of Enterprise on Kildare Street.

Gardai said they’re aware of “a number” of security alerts.

However, officers confirmed they’re satisfied these are a hoax, and the buildings have been declared safe.

NEW: Staff in the Department of Enterprise have been told to evacuate due to a bomb threat.
