The Afghan President says the Taliban cannot escape blame for a "barbaric" suicide bomb attack at a wedding in Kabul last night.
The Taliban has denied any involvement though and condemned the bombing.
The blast ripped through a packed hall in the Afghan capital, killing 63 people, and injuring more than 180 others.
The blast happened at the Dubai City venue in the west of the city, which is home to many members of the Shiite Hazara community, with hundreds thought to be inside.
The interior ministry confirmed the death toll, which a presidential spokesman said was a "heinous crime" and Kabul's deadliest attack this year.
According to the guests present, there were around 1,200 people invited to the wedding.
