Gardai are investigating the discovery of a man's body in Waterford city.
The man - who is in his twenties - was found dead at an apartment in Canada Square just before 9 o'clock this morning.
Gardai had received a call from a passer-by to say the body was spotted on a balcony at Nore House.
The man has not yet been identified.
Gardai are at the scene.
