Gardaí are investigating after the bodies of three people were found in Co Kerry.
The discovery was made at a house in the north of the county on Tuesday evening.
Officers attended the scene and found the body of a woman aged in her 60s and a man in his 20s inside the house.
The body of another man in his 60s was also discovered outside at the rear of the house.
They are believed to be from the same family.
All three bodies have gunshot wounds, Gardaí say, and a gun was recovered at the scene.
The State Pathologist and Garda Technical Bureau have been contacted.
The scene is currently preserved and investigations are ongoing.
But Gardaí say they are not looking for any other person in relation to this incident.
