A court's ruled Northern Ireland's strict abortion law breaches the UK's human rights commitments.
29 year-old Sarah Ewart took her case to the High Court in Belfast after being refused a termination in 2013.
She was refused even though doctors said her child would die in the womb or shortly after birth.
The judge called her testimony 'compelling'.
Following the ruling, Sarah Ewart said today marks "a turning point for women in their campaign against the outdated laws prohibiting against abortion in Northern Ireland."
Ms Ewart says it "is a vindication of all those women who have fought tirelessly to ensure that we never again have to go through what I did in 2013."
