The opening weekend of the Barbie movie was the biggest launch of a female-directed film in Hollywood history.
Greta Gerwig's pink-plastered comedy, which was released in cinemas on Friday, brought in almost €390 million euro worldwide.
It makes it the most successful movie launch of 2023.
It stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, as well as Galway native Nicola Coughlan.
Meanwhile, Will Ferrell reckons Barbie could be in the running for an Oscar.
The star plays a toy company executive in the film, and says it's deserving of all of the hype.
" I think this is going to be considered for Best Picture. Without any sense of irony or anything, this is a beautiful movie".
