An independent audit of the FAI's finances has been referred to the Gardaí.
The Sports Minister Shane Ross has received the results of the forensic audit carried out by Northern Ireland firm KOSI
In a statement, his department said he will not be in a position to publish or comment on it.
It said the report has been referred to An Garda Síochána by Sport Ireland.
