A court appeal has heard two Dublin men caught red handed trying to dispose of crack cocaine were presumably in it for the money and should have got heavier sentences.
The DPP is challenging what it argues is the undue leniency of the 3 and a half year jail terms handed down to Andrew Goonery of Collinstown Grove, Clondalkin and Darren Boylan of St Marks Grove, Clondalkin.
