A planned strike of Aer Arann pilots for next week has been suspended to allow a vote on a possible settlement.
Pilots at the airline - which also operates some regional services for Aer Lingus - had been due to strike on Tuesday over pay cuts originally introduced in 2008.
Representatives from the pilots' union IALPA are recommending that members vote in favour of the deal.
